Really tasty, and the DH loved them too. I found the guac seasoning in the chip aisle (Emeril's brand, in a green envelope). I used ciabatta rolls (found in front of the deli case), and Sargento reduced-fat cheddar slices. We also had some 100-calorie packs of premade guacamole in the fridge, so we used one for extra burger topping. If you're watching carbs, this is just fine without the bread. The burger is very moist and flavorful, and we will be making these again. Thanks for sharing!
