I served these potatoes with a meatloaf and my husband said, "Don't lose this recipe." Although, you must allow time for the potatoes to cool, it was well worth it. Five Stars *****

Easy way to add flare to mashed potatoes. Even the kids will enjoy it. I used no fat cream cheese and it was great!
