These were great! My whole family loved them. Don't skip the frosting or icing, it was what made them special. I put the chocolate in a little baggie and snipped of the end to just throw little lines over the peanut butter frosting. Worth the effort, makes a generous batch of cookies.

These cookies are quite delicious. I think that extra egg does help, especially if you don't plan on frosting the cookies. Thank you for sharing your recipe!

These cookies tasted amazing! I had to add an extra egg to get them more chewy but I also used fresh ground peanut butter instead of store bought so that was probably to compensate for the dryer peanut butter. I also took the cookies out of the oven when they just started to brown on the edges, not when they were golden brown as the recipe stated. I didn't have time to make the frosting or icing but the cookies turned out really great. Will definitely make again!
