This is the absolute best my cookies have EVER turned out... the only thing I changed was add an extra egg white! LOVE this recipe... I didn't make the frosting or icing, but still so delicious. Thanks!

My boss called these Sinful! I used my KA mixer for the cookie dough and the frosting. Both turned out awesome. This is a great recipe exactly as written!

Great cookies!! I did make a bit of a change because I was being lazy. I skipped the icing and added 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips. They were perfect!

These were delicious! My family loved them. Makes a huge batch of cookies, I made the balls and froze them, and I still have some cookie balls in the freezer, just waiting to be baked! I didn't exactly try out the frosting and icing. I did, however, melt some semi-sweet chocolate in the microwave and drizzle it on top of the cookies when they were cool. These are soft chewy cookies. I think the salt can be a tiny bit too much, especially if the peanut butter you're using is salty. So I reduced the salt and they were perfect. Other than that, it's a great after work snack!

The peanut butter icing/filling is perfect! I don't think they need the chocolate icing... quite sweet already.

this cookie is delicious!!! i followed the recipe exactly and they turned out just a bit flat, so i put the (absolutely scrumptious) frosting between two cookies as a filling and then dipped one end into melted chocolate and peanut sugar (chopped peanuts and a little white sugar)

i made a few changes to this recipe... i used home made sunflower butter in place of the peanut butter and 2 c. brown sugar instead of brown and white. we loved it and the kids ate them like they were going out of style.

These cookies are fantastic! Made recipe exactly as written. A lot more work than a normal cookie recipe, but SO worth it.

These are delicious! I followed the recipe word for word, then added a back of semi-sweet chocolate chips. I didn't make the frosting or icing, but the cookies don't need either; they are great as is. Thanks for sharing!
