This recipe was simple and delicious. I only used 1/4 cup butter because a whole stick seemed like too much. Also I cooked it for the whole 40 mins because it was still pink after 25. I made this before work and when I got home it was all gone, devoured by my husband and his friend who said it tasted like KFC chicken.

Nice basic chicken dish which can be dressed up as needed. Would recommend either increasing cooking time or temp if the breasts are thick.

This is one of my husband's favorite chicken recipes. I only add 1/4 cup of butter and it is delicious! This recipe is easy, quick and moist. Plus, I regularly keep these ingredients on hand, so I can make it on short notice.

A great recipe. I use whatever cracker/chip combination I have in the house and I use less butter than the recipe calls for.

I love this recipe but am only giving it 4 stars due to the fat content of the dish. I have made using 1/2 cup butter and it is delicious, but will try with 1/4 cup next time as others have suggested and see how the flavor holds up.

It was ok, but not as moist and tender as I had hoped. The bottom of the chicken that was sitting in the butter was very good, but the top just tasted like breaded baked chicken. Next time I'm going to try flipping the chicken half way through baking time.

Very good and easy recipe. Made this for the kids at our football party and the adults liked them too!! Even my husband, whom does not much care for "breaded" anything, really liked these. Thanks for sharing!!

This recipe was delicious! The chicken was moist and tender. As written, the coating sounded bland to me, so I used seasoning salt and other spices in the cracker mixture. Also, this was WAY too much butter for the four large chicken breasts I used. The top browned perfectly, but the bottom was soggy from the melted butter. Other than that, one of the best chicken recipes I have tried!

Awesome, awesome, awesome. The chicken was so moist. I used saltine crackers because that is all I had, but it turned out great. I also used some garlic pepper and lemon pepper in my spice mix. Husband thoroughly enjoyed it so this will be put into rotation.

Excellent! Added more crushed crackers and mixed with just a bit of salt and more garlic powder. Used thin-sliced chicken and 1/3 cup of butter instead of a 1/2 cup.

Mouth-wateringly good!! I expected this recipe to be a little bland but I needed some sort of recipe to use up our ritz crackers. This was so delicious I'm going to have to buy a whole new box of ritz crackers to try it again!! Definitely a keeper!!
