This is a good "comfort" type food. Served with mashed potatoes & a veggie. Really easy. Just be careful that you don't over cook or the chicken will become dry.

This was pretty good. I can't say that I was wowed by it, but it was certainly tasty enough for me to want more. I'll surely make it again. I think it might be even better if the chicken were pounded thin and then fried. (Let's face it, w/ all that butter in this recipe it really doesn't matter if it's baked or fried). Unfortunalty, I hate pounding chicken, so I'll leave that to someone who doesn't mind the effort. :)

This is a dinnertime staple at our house! The chicken comes out so tender, and the crackers give it a nice flavor and texture. I've made it with anything from whole wheat ritz crackers to cheez-it crackers. Comes out great every time. Has been a big hit at the in-laws too! A definite keeper.

I also include cheese flavored chip crumbs, such as Cheddar Cheese Pringles, to the cracker mix to add a cheesy flavor to the chicken. The amount of chips depends on your taste.

This was very tasty and easy - I will make again. I dredged the chicken in flour before dipping it in the egg and cracker crumbs, other than that, I followed the recipe exactly. 1/4 cup of butter would definitely have been enough. The crust was crisp, not soggy, and the chicken is moist and has a great flavor.

I have now made this recipe several times and am very pleased every time. In fact, I will be making it for dinner tonight. My husband absolutely loves it too. I haven't found anything that I would change about it.

Not sure how anyone could rate this lower than a 5? This was SO quick and easy and the end result was DELICIOUS!!! I made with 7 split chicken breasts and should have stuck with 2 eggs, I didn't measure the crackers I used a whole roll of Ritz and probably could have just used 1/2. I WILL MAKE THIS AGAIN FOR SURE!

I made this for dinner tonight using a few of the other reviews suggestions. I used chicken tenders because thats what I had and coated them in flour before the egg and then cracker mixture. I used satines and added about a 1/4 cup parmesan cheese to the mix. I even had some unexpected company show up while these were baking and everyone loved them too. I love that it uses stuff we all already have on hand. Try it you'll love it too.

We enjoyed this chicken recipe very much. Both my husband and I are gastric bypass patients. I had two rather thick chicken breasts and baked them in a small pan for about 40 minutes. I watched them closely as we can't tolerate dry foods. These turned out juicy and tasty. Next time I will play around with more spices, but even with just garlic, salt and pepper, they were good.

So easy and flavorful! I did season the chicken AND cracker crumbs as others suggested--used seasoned salt, garlic powder, pepper & a little thyme. I can't get over how yummy and moist this chicken is. I always have these ingredients on hand--very convenient!

Wow, this is a great recipe. The only thing that I changed was that I added 1/4 c. of flour to the cracker crumbs and my husband absolutely loved it!!! I used Keebler Club crackers and again...wow! Definitely a keeper in our house.

Mmmm...very good! My 13 year old son made this for dinner. Everyone liked it, my daughter even scraped the extra breading from the bottom of the pan. We wanted something fast to make for dinner so we cut each of the 4 huge breast pieces into 4 smaller pieces and cooked for about 25 minutes. Quick and easy dinner.

Good, but not exceptional. I think my problem was the size of my chicken breasts. They were pretty thick. As a result, didn't get the fried chicken feel that I was looking for. Mine took the full 40 minutes the recipe called for-again, I believe I had too thick of meat. I will look at the picture next times and try to correct size.
