These fajitas are to die for. Your mouth will begin to water while cooking them, it was even hard for me to wait. My family and friends loved them. I was a little nervous about the italian seasoning, but stuck to the recipe, and I am very glad I did. If you try to substitute with the "fajita" seasoning it will NOT be the same and do it no justice.

I was a little skeptical about how this would turn out - but it was fantastic! I only used 1 green pepper since my fiance doesn't really like them. So delicious - serve with shredded lettuce, salsa, sour cream - the works!

These were outstanding. I didn't change a thing except for the fact that I tossed in some olive oil when I added the Italian seasoning. I thought it needed something so it wouldn't be dry. I'll be making these often!

This was so good and so easy. Even my four year old asked to have it again the next night. The seasonings were just right. Thanks for a great recipe!

I love Mexican food, but my hubby doesn't like the traditional Mexican spices. This recipe was a nice compromise! (I just topped mine with salsa.) My peppers took a long time to cook down, but it was worth it!

I have been making these for years, I love this recipe. I use 2 green bell peppers and I sometimes use strips of sirloin (1½ lbs) instead of chicken. I use a whole carton of sliced fresh mushrooms and for extra flavor, I sometimes add a packet of fajita seasoning as well. Toppings: shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, sliced black olives and sour cream. This is quick, easy and there's just one pan to wash! Use precooked chicken for super easy.

This recipe was great. I have never had fajitas, but my roommates convinced me to try them. I usually hate peppers and was a little skeptical. The Italian seasoning really tasted great along with the chicken and veggies, I will definitely make this again!

I added some salsa to taste in the skillet when the chickenwas just done being cooked and just used half the amount of Italian seasoning that was suggested. It was delicious!

The recipe was definately easy. I found it's important not to overcook the vegetables. I think the chicken tastes best marinated and cooked on the grill. I just didn't like the flavor that the italian seasoning gave it. I would try it again with a different seasoning. Two easy sides, mexican/spanish rice and refried beans.
