"This recipe quickly becomes the favorite of pretty much everyone that tries it. It's so tasty, it's easy to make, and the ingredients are interchangeable! You can use the dressing immediately or make it in advance and store in refrigerator up to a couple of days. I have substituted pears and mandarin oranges for the strawberries and feta instead of blue cheese. Be creative! YUM!" — GOHIPP

finely minced onion
1 (10 ounce) bag
sliced fresh strawberries, or as needed
1 (4 ounce) package
crumbled blue cheese, or as needed
roasted pecan halves, or as needed
Very yummy. Makes far more dressing than you need, but we made more salad the next day and thought the day-old dressing was even tastier. Will make this again, without a doubt.
Just made dressing recipe; great!! It's a keeper.
This was very good. I made the entire batch of dressing but only fixed a lunch sized salad for myself. I used gorgonzola cheese rather than blue. I just drizzled the dressing on the salad. I really enjoyed the salad. I think the dressing was a bit oily and may switch it up a bit next time but I will be making this salad again! Thanks!
