I needed a way to make cabbage and thought this sounded a little bland/boring but figured I'd try it anyway. It was fabulous! I doubled the spices, added ginger and garlic, and used fresh green beans in place of carrots. It was REALLY good. I used about 1/4 c. oil but next time will use even less. It was even great as leftovers the next day. This is definitely going in the dinner rotation.
