Don't know what all the rave reviews are about. We liked the beef filling, but the sauce was awful.

This recipe was a little to sweet and rich for my tastes. I made it without the jalapeno thinking my kids would eat it then. My 8 year old did, but the others, no way. If I do try this again, I think I will mix a can of red enchilada sauce with the filling and see how that turns out.

We just did not care for the chicken soup taste. I add some green chili peppers and substituted sour cream for the yogurt. I will use this as a base and top with the White Cheese Sauce from this site and see how that turns out.

Delicious! I also used sour cream instead of yogurt, flour tortillas instead of corn, chiles instead of the jalepeno and doubled the sauce. It made 8 enchiladas instead of 6. My 5 year old asked me to make this again tomorrow!

Wonderful enchilada recipe and very easy too! My husband said it was his favorite mexican dish that I have made so far. The only suggestion that I have is to somehow soften the corn tortillas before adding mixture because mine ended up breaking, but it was still good. I will try with chicken next time.

Pretty good, although I'm accustomed to using a tomato-based enchilada sauce. I loved using the Cream of Chicken soup though. I'll probably be combining this recipe with my own recipe using enchilada sauce. Thanks, Vanessa!

This was very good. I substituted sour cream for the yogurt and used enchilada sauce instead of water. My husband doesn't like creamy stuff so he said they were too creamy. My mom was over for dinner and she loved them!

This recipe was great..Kids loved it...I had a burrito kit on hand so used that..I substituted green pepper for the jalapeno (my family doesn't like hot foods) Also used sour cream instead of the yogurt. I didn't have Cream of Chicken soup so used Cream of Celery instead..It was still excellent and I can't wait to try it with the Cream of Chicken soup next time...

I've made this dish a few times now and thought it was time to rate it. DELICIOUS!!! I like it better each time we've tried it. I have used 10in tortilla shells and prefer cheddar to mozza. I think I will also replace the yogurt with some sour cream. Super leftovers! Tip: grease your dish well. Thanks for sharing this dish, Vanessa!
