Made this recipe tonight, followed to the letter and it was delicious. Next we plan on addding some queso to the layers instead of the grated cheese and piling diced tomatoes on top. Try dipping it in sour cream, tasty addition.

Yummy stuff! I cooked my meat on the stove and then baked the stack in the oven. Great flavor!

This was pretty tasty. I used a can of enchilada sauce mixed in with the meat to save time and we topped it with some sour cream. My 3 year old asked for seconds and she NEVER does that!

Cooked it on the stove & then put in the oven for about 20 minutes!! Very easy, kids & hubby loved it. I had everything on hand and will cook it again. Next time I am going to use ground turkey and see how that turns out. Very yummy!!

It was okay. Good for a quick and easy meal. I was looking for something in particular and this seemed really close, but it wasn't it. Still was a decent recipie. Not sure if I'd make it again though.

I changed this recipe up a bit. I dislike cooking in the microwave and as many of the other reviewers, I also cooked my meat on the stovetop and baked this in the oven. I also added a can of rotel to give this some extra spice. I enjoyed it very much but of course the kids found it too spicy.

i realized with this recipe that i dont like cheddar cheese. :) next time i would change the cheese and use enchilada sauce to top it along with the tomato sauce in the meat mixture.

This recipe was so good. I'm a vegetarian so I replaced the ground beef with Morningstar Farms® Meal Starters™ Grillers™ Recipe Crumbles™. I also mixed up the ingredients in the microwave and then baked it at 350 for 20 minutes.

I have been making these stacked enchiladas since I was a little girl in the 70's! Of course, I didn't learn to do them in the microwave back then, so I stick to the oven when cooking them. I believe I did tried them in the crock pot once, a little messy, but still good! No matter how you cook them, they are delicious!

I made this for my husband's company potluck. Personally, I am not a fan but I'm very picky. Everyone else ate it and wouldn't let me take the leftovers home!

We are a family of 10, so pleasing everyone is not always possible. This recipe does just that. It is SO good. I make it in the oven, though, not in the microwave.

This is fast to make and so yummy....not too spicy, and my 5 year-old gobbled it up! I browned the ground beef, onion, etc. in the skillet and simmered w/the sauce for a couple of minutes before layering and microwaving. The tortillas are nice and soft, and you can adjust the seasonings to your taste.

I did an ingredient search and came up with this recipe. I did however cook the ground beef on the stovetop and bake the casserole in a 350 degree oven. I really don't like cooking in a microwave. I added just a bit of corn and it was really good. This is a good, easy, quick weeknight dinner. I served with mexican rice.

I've been using this recipe from the Sharp Carousel Microwave Cookbook since the late 80's and it is one of my all-time favorites. I've cooked it both in the microwave as well as the traditional oven and either way it is so good. I was happy I found it here on Allrecipes. I love the taste of corn so I usually use 5 tortillas and a little less of the cheese.
