This was a great recipe! I'm a new cook and this was my first time ever cooking pork, but it came out perfectly! My boyfriend is very picky and he liked it as well!

Very delicious and filling. I added a shake of worchestershire sause to the rice mixture to be sure it had enough flavor. Yum!

This recipe was simply too bland for our tastes. The rice was OK, though I would add more garlic, fresh sliced mushrooms, and cheese. The pork was simply ick. It is a waste of pork when you HAVE to cover it in rice just to eat it. I would instead bread the pork chop with flour, instant potato flakes, and spices, cook the pork and add it to the baking dish about 10 minutes before it should be done. At least then it isnt a waste of the pork. It would be great with chicken chopped up and added to the rice though. Overall, not impressed.
