Elegant Lemon Pork Chop Bake

By: Sher Garfield
"An easy, but elegant tasting way to prepare boneless pork chops. The 'sauce' is wonderful over rice. This dish makes both a great casual family dinner or an elegant company entree. No one guesses that ketchup is included!!"
