I made this recipe last night and the only changes I made were, instead of using W.sauce, I used 2 tablespoons soy sauce, as its all I had on hand and I accidently added a extra 1/2 cup parm. cheeses and used brown sugar barbque sauce as a glaze for last 5 minutes of baking. My family doesn't care for meatloaf but my husband insisted we try this recipe as it sounded good, well, I listened and did as I just said to the recipe and it was just wonderful, it sliced so well, never fell apart as some mixtures will, and the flavor was so good. I will make this the regular way next time but it sure turned out excellent the way I made it this time. My husband says we'll use this recipe again but make the mixture into mini loaves and burgers next time. Thanks for sharing this with everyone! For anyone who finds this recipe, trust me, make it for your family, you'll never regret it!!!!!!

This was the perfect meatloaf recipe for our house as it doesn't contain ketchup or mustard, both of which my husband hates. I made it exactly as written except divided into 4 mini loaves to accomodate the only loaf pan I have and added shredded cheddar to the top during the last 5 mins. I thought the flavor and consistency were great and it was a breeze to make. Will make again.

I am not a big meatloaf fan, but this was great. I put shredded cheddar on top for the last five minutes of baking. It was great. The leftovers were even better!

Though the taste was there, and it smelled wonderful-it was way too firm for my liking (very rubbery)....I am cutting the breadcrumbs down to 1/2 cup next time!!

This meatloaf was very moist, but I think the recipe calls for too much parmesan cheese. I found it overpowering. I used freshly grated parmesan from the deli - perhaps canned parmesan (like Kraft) may have less flavor? Otherwise, I would recommend this recipe. Use less cheese and maybe add a tad more worcestershire, pepper or a little bit of tabasco to jazz it up a bit.

I really enjoyed this recipe! I used Lipton's vegetable soup mix instead of the onion mix and made a glaze of dry mustard, ketchup and sugar! We will definately have this meatloaf again!

This came out excellent. My boyfriend asked me to make meatloaf, and I groaned. My memories (from growing up) are of a dry lump of meat on my plate with plenty of ketchup to cover the flavor. This recipe was great. He loved it! It was SO moist. For the last 15 minutes, I added a few slices of muenster cheese.

This is a great meatloaf recipe!! I thought the texture and consistancy were perfect, and it even looked perfect when it came out of the oven (I did need to give it more than the reccommended one-hour cook time). My daughters, aged four and seven, are the queens of "But mom, I'm full!!", and they BOTH wanted seconds of this meatloaf!!! That's how you KNOW it's good!

I normally hate meat loaf and only make it because my husband likes it, it's easy and it's cheap! That said, I LOVED this meat loaf!! (oh hubby did too). I poured about 1/4 cup of brown beef gravy over the meat loaf before putting it in the oven and then another 1/4 cup when I took the tin foil cover off. The gravy that didn't get sucked into the loaf sat on the bottom for the loaf to soak in...delicious!!! And even better cold the next day! I will definitely be making this again and again!

I followed the recipe exactly, but I really didn't care for this recipe. I came out of the oven looking exactly like meatloaf *shouldn't* look. So it wasn't very appetizing. Plus, I didn't think it had enough flavor, and I wasn't thrilled with the texture.

I've definitely had better meatloaf. This turned out kind of mushy and for all the fat in the ingredients, it wasn't worth the taste!

Fabulous meatloaf! Nice and moist, but firm. I made the dish with 1-lb ground beef and 1/2-lb ground pork. Can't wait to try it cold in sandwiches!

This is the best meatloaf I have ever made!! I only gave it 4 stars cuz I did tamper a bit with the recipe. I used 2 pounds of hamburger, 2 eggs, and A-1 steak sauce instead of worcestershire sauce and no parmesan cheese. My son and boyfriend absolutely loved it, and what little bit I had left over was better the next day!! It is definitely my new meatloaf recipe!!

Wonderful Meatloaf! Very flavorful and held it's form beautifully. I used beefy onion soup mix rather than just the onion. Also ran out of Parmesean cheese so I left it out. I topped mine with a glaze of ketchup, mustard, honey and brown sugar. It would be great with spaghetti sauce over the top, as well. Served with baked potatoes and corn for a wonderful dinner!

There is nothing bad to say about this meatloaf. That said, there isn't anything truly distinctive in the taste. I used the ranch dip and was expecting something a little different. It tasted like meatloaf. Good meatloaf, but nothing that made it memorable.
