I changed too much to really be able to honestly rate this. We were pleased so far, but I didn't have real onion soup mix, so I had to make it and I used turkey burger. I also used Italian seasoning and bread crumbs. There was a lot of making do tonight. I think it will be better with a little more flavor. It did hold together well.

This was absolutely delicious!! I followed the recipe exactly with the exception of using 2 lbs of beef instead of 1 1/2. I noticed some other reviewers recommended using less soup mix and less sour cream, but I used all of it and it was great! This recipe is definitely a keeper. Thanks for the great recipe Lindsay :)

This was an excellent take on meatloaf. Something different than the catsup recipes that we grew up with. I followed the recipe except I added salt, pepper, garlic, and italian seasonings. It was a hit with my family, even my daughter who hates meatloaf.

I had yet to find a meat loaf I like until I tried this one... It is amazing. I did use all of the soup mix in it, next time I might just use half. I made it before I went to work and took a piece with me... by the time I got home my bf had already at it all... Will definitely make again! Thanks for the recipe!

This meatloaf is AMAZING!! I'm usually pretty awful at meatloaf - I announce whats for dinner and my husband goes running but this time it was different; with this recipe it was awesome. Thanks Lindsay, you make a mean loaf!

This was good...though I only used half the amount of breadcrumbs and thought even that was too much. And I agree with my husband's assessment: "It needs catsup!"

Great recipe! We'll use a little more flavor next time--Maybe more salt & pepper, at least, more worcestire or garlic or something. But it was a keeper!

Sensationally moist, and terrifically flavorful despite not having a glaze. Very impressed! What I would like to try next time is this recipe topped with the glaze from the Tantalizingly Tangy Meatloaf which I consider the best meatloaf recipe on this site because of that sauce (Worcestshire, ketchup, brown sugar, pineapple preserves). Between this recipe for the meat and that glaze, I think we'll have an undisputed winner...

THE best meatloaf I have ever made! I followed the recipe exactly as stated and it turned out great! The meatloaf was moist and not dry at all. FYI- I used lean ground beef.

YUM!! This is wonderful! I used half the sour cream and 1 cup of breadcrumbs. The last 15 minutes, I topped it with a mixture of: 1/4 cup ketchup 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1 teaspoon dijon mustard 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce This makes yummy sandwiches the next day too...Thanks so much for the recipe!

This is FANTASTIC! I made it exactly as written the first time and loved the flavor but it was a tad wet. The second time I made it I took a few suggestions from others and quite honestly, it was perfect. I do season the beef with a bit of salt, onion powder and garlic salt. I used half the amount of worcestershire, sour cream and onion soup mix. Then I use almost 2 cups of fresh breadcrumbs and added a teaspoon of homemade italian seasoning. (1/4 teaspoon each of marjoram, basil, oregano and thyme.) Seriously, the best meatloaf I've ever had.

I am not a meatloaf fan, but this recipe is incredible!!! There's no tomatoey stuff you pour on top of it. It doesn't need it. It is moist and flavorful. Love it! I have made it several times and once for my in-laws and they loved it too! Great for sandwiches the next day too.

Delicious! I love meatloaf, and am always looking for different ways to fix it. Never thought to add sour cream before! I made this recipe exactly as-is, and I love it! Can't wait for meatloaf sandwiches tomorrow for lunch!

Very good. Nice and firm but still moist. I only had3/4 C sour creme so I added a quarter cup of blue cheese dressing to it. Still came out great.

Yummo!! This was fantastic. I made a few minor changes, only because I didn't have all the ingredients and it still turned out wonderfully. I omitted the egg (didn't have any in the house, used 1/2 cup sour cream, substituted onion powder in place of the soup mix, and used 1/2 cup grated mozzarella. This recipe is fantastic!!!
