We loved it. I did make some changes. 1lb beef, 1/2 sour cream, 1/2 beefy onion soup mix, 1 cup Italian bread crumbs, 2 tbsp Heinz 57, 1/4 cup moz cheese. I also made a glaze on top, ketchup,mustard,br sugar, tad minced garlic? Perfect consistency

Scaled down to 1/2 the portion size,used half non fat sour cream/half nf ranch dressing, and used plain bread crumbs w/Italian seasoning, but otherwise stayed true to original recipe. LOVED the blend of flavors... much more ZIP than plain old meatloaf!! Added my "special zip" glaze of 1/4 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup cocktail sauce over uncovered loaf for the last 15 minutes... Mmmmm!!

I make this at least once a month for my family, they love it!! The only thing I change is instead of the onion dry soup package, I use a ranch dry dip package. The best meatloaf ever!

I've tried many meatloaf recipes and wasn't satisfied with any of them, until I found this one. Delicious! I use all of the ingredients as is and top with a mixture of 1/2 c. ketchup and 1/2 c. brown sugar before putting it back in the oven uncovered. Also, the leftovers make extremely tasty meatloaf sandwiches for the following day!

This has some real good flavor.. I did change it a bit. I added 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon minced garlic and omitted the Worcestershire sauce. I also made a paste with a small can tomato paste and 1/2 small can of tomato sauce for the top.

Best meat loaf ever! Didn't have any soup mix so I used some dried onion flakes and beef bouillon powder. Loved it with half sour cream and half ranch dressing.

This was a very good meatloaf. I used panko and Italian seasoning, since I didn't have seasoned bread crumbs, and 2 lbs. of 90% lean ground beef. Otherwise, I followed the recipe exactly. We did squeeze on some ketchup, once it was done, but I also think it would be yummy with brown gravy. If I make this with 2 lbs. of meat again, I will cook it at least 1 1/2 hrs. It has a very nice texture, and it slices well. Thanks for the recipe!

Excellent! Followed others and added some ketchup to the top during the last 15 minutes of cooking also did not put in a loaf pan, just shaped it in a baking dish, otherwise followed the recipe exactly. One of the better meatloaves that I have made/eaten...a definite keeper, for sure! Thanks for sharing. :)
