I had no eggs at home & needed to make a quick dessert for church pot luck. They were a huge hit with everyone - kids and adults alike. Very tasty. Thank you!

This really is THE BEST peanut butter cookie I've ever had. I had to stop myself from eating all the dough. I used 2% milk and added vanilla and they came out great!

Very easy to make - I baked until the edges were light brown. Nice flavor and texture.

These are wonderful! I loved making them with my 2 year old daughter. The fact that there are no eggs made me more comfortable when she (inevitably) at the dough. The cookies did puff up and expand a bit- my first batch ran into each other a little.

I was craving hot, fresh peanut butter cookies, but not having any eggs in the house meant I was about ready to give up on it. Then I found this recipe, and I'm glad I did! Believe it or not, it even scaled down to one cookie very successfully (I have a terrible obsession with eating enormous amounts of cookie dough, so I have to limit myself). I did sub margarine for the shortening, and omitted the salt, as I never have shortening in the house. Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, delicious. I may use a bit more peanut butter next time though, for that bit of extra flavour.

I used this recipe because i had no eggs in the house. I expected a mediocre cookie, but found them moist, easy and delicious. I added 2 teaspoons of vanilla to the recipe (i am a vanilla fanatic!) and they were so delicious. I piped the batter into tiny flowers and baked. They came out perfectly and the guests at my party all commented on the wonderful cookies. I was even asked by several to pass on the recipe!

These were very good. I found that the recipe ended up making twice as many cookies as it said, but maybe I just make smaller cookies.
