This was a quick and easy breakfast sandwich that I whipped up in no time as we were all heading out to do some fishing on our vacation. What made it even easier was that I had leftover sausage and bacon from the previous morning. I also added a slice of American cheese and placed the sandwiches in the oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese. Good stuff Rita and thank you!!
