Used half the oregano for kids' sake. Everyone loved it. Followed recommendations to ~ half the cheese, and that seemed to be a good idea.

My picky 11 year son just went back for this third helping! I read the reviews - and "bland" is a word some used, but it is perfect for those that don't like too many (competing)ingredients. The oregano gave it an interesting flavor. This is a keeper! (note: I did use 10 eggs and 3/4 cup milk. Precooked the crust for 5 minutes as other suggested. Cheese is a lot - but the kids love it cheesy).

Mmmmm. Nothing better than a great casserole early in the morning. I followed some of the other recommendations and used 10 eggs and of course added extra cheese. Who doesn't love extra cheese! It came out wonderfully.

I followed the other suggestions which I'm sure improved the recipe, but I also think it could be better with some more experimenting. I did give the crescents a 5-7 min head start, added milk to the eggs, used italian seasoning instead of oregano, reduced cheese to 2 c, and baked at 350 for 25 then 325 for another 20 (which was too long and made both the crescents and the eggs overdone, but that may just be my oven). Next time, I will also up the eggs to 10-12 and try different seasonings. I wasn't a huge fan of the italian, but onion powder and garlic or something totally different might be good. I'll also try to add some veggies (mushrooms, peppers, or possibly even asparagus) which are noticeably lacking in this recipe! And I'll reduce the cooking time again or at least keep a very watchful eye on it.

Quick and very simple, just wonderful! This is a quick go- to breakfast idea. Made it this morning and used turkey instead of pork. Also used Italian seasoning instead and also added grape tomatoes, garlic & onions, for some vegetables and added flavor.

Awesome! So easy, and 4 picky teenagers loved it! I think it would be great without the crust, too. I did put the crescent rolls in the oven for about 5 minutes before adding the remainder of the ingredients. I added oregano, onion salt, and pepper. YUM!!!
