I made this recipe yesterday for our Easter Brunch and it was delicious! It was super easy to prepare and was a big hit with my family members. My teen son is already asking when I can make it again. I followed the original recipe exactly and it turned out perfect. Thanks!

Excellent! I followed others' suggestions to increase the eggs to 10, add 3/4 cup milk, decrease the cheese to a generous cup each, and pre-bake the crescent roll part for 5 minutes at 350. I used turkey sausage. Next time I will probably use about 3 cups total of cheese....but it was wonderful as is. My family, including 2 young kids, loved it. Thanks for the post!

I make this for guests all the times and the compliments just keep on coming. I usually cook it 5 or 10 minutes longer, since I can't tell if the liquid is just cheese grease or if its uncooked egg. Better safe than sorry!!! I skipped the oregano once and man, was that a mistake.

Ok...I have a granddaughter who hates eggs, but loves sausage and cheese. She was visiting me when I talked here into "trying something new". She had some of this and immediately called her mother and told her that she ate some eggs. Needless to say, I'm sure she loved the sausage and cheese too. I used the large size crescent rolls (seemed to cover the pan easier) and added extra eggs. I've made it with and without the oregano and like it better with. I'll have to try it with the milk though. I generally have to cook it an extra 10 minutes. I have a regular potluck I go to once a month and this is an expected dish. Definitely a keeper.

Rave reviews from friends - though mine was a little liquidy at the bottom, maybe it was the cheese I used. I will definitely save this one!

I thought this recipes was great! I made it for supper served with a fruit salad and my two youngest girls had two servings. I followed the recipe exactly except I prebaked the cresent roll bottom for a couple of minutes to give it a head start. We had it as leftovers the next day and it reheated great the next day! fabulous!!! Thanks bunches

Tasted great. Big hit with everyone. It is a little salty b/c of all the cheese, but I didn't mind.

Very good and easy breakfast casserole. As others suggested I used 10 eggs, 1/2 cup milk, and reduced to 2 cups cheese plus a little extra to sprinkle on top. I did use the oregeno and I thought it was a surprisingly nice addition. Also pre baked the crescent base for 6 min at 350 added sausage/egg mixture and cooked at 325 for 30 min. This recipe will replace my old breakfast casserole recipe.

Thanks for the feedback folks! This was awesome. I pre-baked the crescent rolls for about 6 minutes, added 3/4 C. milk, put in 2 extra eggs (for 10 total), and cut the amount of cheese to 2 cups. I baked it 20 minutes on 350, and 20 minutes on 325 (my oven runs a bit hot), and it was perfect. Super easy, super yummy. This is a permanent addition to my cookbook.

This recipe is very forgiving, but I wanted to make/rate it as it is written. Next time I will probably add onions &/or mushrooms....things I like. Was good.
