I made a few adjustments. I used miracle whip instead of mayo and I only used half the onions and it still was to much onion. I will make this again for sure with a few more changes, such as celery and maybe another egg. But this was very good!!! A keeper for sure.

Very good. However I made some adjustments by adding celery, only using half the yolks (for a healthy twist), also used lite mayo, and some herbs and spices.

I added the peeled, seeded, and chopped cucumber to the egg salad mix. Also used a bit of dill for extra seasoning because it goes really well with cucumber

This was a very simple and easy recipe. I did add some celery seed for a bit more flavor. The cucumber added some good crunch to the sandwich, but it seemed more flavorful without it.

I really liked this recipe- it may have been bland without a few alterations, but definitely a keeper. I left out the onion and just sprinkled a little onion powder on it. I used miracle whip instead of mayo (personal preference) and put seasoned salt on it and a little dill. I also added celery. Yummy!

I am giving this a five, because there was only one thing that needed to be changed. I put two teaspoons of relish, and it was great, I actually made it tonight to eat tomorrow for lunch, so I am sure it will be good with the cucumber with sandwich bread! It would be incredibly bland without the relish though, and I also added a little thyme, if i had dill i would have used it though.

It was a good idea but a little bland for my taste. I ended up adding some pickles slices to give it a little more taste.
