Good recipe but I thought it could use a little kick. Added , garlic, dill, grn onion, celery, frank's red hot sauce. Amazing!

The relish was a bit too overpowering for me - I used shredded Italian 4 cheese blend and I could hardly taste the cheese. I love cheese and was excited to try this, but I prefer more traditional egg salad.

I needed a simple recipe for my hard-boiled Easter eggs. I've made egg salad before, but never with cheese. This gave it that extra "something" that normal egg salad lacks. Easy and very yummy!
