So good & easy! Made 6 servings (6 eggs), didn't use all of the White Pepper. VERY GOOD!

Delicious! I doubled the recipe and but was conservative with the sesame oil and white pepper, using about 1/4 tsp each, and 1/3 tsp or so of dried chives. This tastes so much like what I get in the restaurant, although my egg pouring technique could use some work. ;) Glad to know I can make this without tempting myself with the whole buffet. Thanks for the recipe!

I really enjoyed this. I quadrupled (if not more) the recipe and used fresh chives and green onions from my garden. I will probably add even more chives next time as I love chives. I didn't measure the cornstarch so I could tweak it to make it really thick. With the six eggs I used; it made a really thick soup. Perfect! Thanks Darren for a great and simple recipe.

great! I added some diced firm tofu and a fresh peas to the soup, that is how the Thai resteraunt where we live does it! Wonderful!

Fantastic recipe! Thank you! I didn't use cornstarch and I used the chicken broth cubes and it still came out great.
