A nice twist on tuna sandwiches, I used lowfat peppercorn ranch, (didn't have creamy Italian available). The breadcrumbs help so that it is not soggy. Will plan on using this recipe for camping in the summer, nice quick and easy recipe.

My husband and I made this last night. Very easy to make...took about 5 minutes. We added miracle whip to it as well as a tomato slice and it tasted great. I like the addition of mustard. It spices up regular old tuna which can get boring!

This is an excellent recipe that is low-fat and healthy. The tuna has just the right almount of tange. I used regular Italian dressing which is healthier than creamy dressings. If you do want a creamy tuna sandwich add a little non-fat yogurt. For another healthy alternative put the tuna in a tortilla or pita and add veggies and/or chickpeas to make it hearty.
