Yes it is a sweet desert but what desert isn't especially those made with a lot of sweet ingredients to start?? Anyhow, it was delicious and adults and kids loved it.Only difference is that I used low fat honey graham crackers and 1/2 can vanilla frosting (all I had) and added 2 to 3 oz of melted baker's chocolate in the frosting then microwaved for 30 secs for spreadability. Its flavour reminded me of an eclair so this desert deserves it's name for sure.

Good, but not anything special. I thought it was kind of bland and unimaginative. It got mixed reviews at the BBQ I brought it to.

This was excellent. The only thing I changed is used french vanilla pudding and honey graham crackers. Thanks for a great recipe.

Such an easy, but sinfully delicious dessert! We like to vary the pudding (french vanilla is still our favorite so far).

I LOVE eclairs and since we've moved, I cannot find a good one at any of the local bakeries. This is a wonderful alternative. Easy & delicious!

This is a wonderful, easy dessert! Every time I make this I get tons of compliments. I have made this several times now, it's delicious. To spread the frosting on top, I soften the frosting in the microwave for a few seconds so it's easier to spread. Other than that, I didn't change a thing. Thanks (:

This recipe is great and easy to make! My guests have raved over it every time. They think it looks complicated, but it really is a breeze. I cut it in triangles to serve, and it always looks so nice. :)

The recipe as is, is okay, but I didn't really think it tasted like an eclair. I experimented a bit and made some variations which I think really improved on it and resulted in an eclair taste. Instead of using graham crackers I used crushed vanilla wafers for the bottom and middle layers. The top layer I used crushed chocolate wafers. For the filling I only used 2 cups of milk as it made the filling a little more thicker and flavorful. I folded in the Cool Whip after I thoroughly mixed the milk and pudding together. I used a milk chocolate frosting on top, but only used about 1/2 of the container so it would just have a thin layer on top and like other reviewers microwaved it for about 30 seconds so it became a glaze and was easy to pour and spread. It was so much better. Both times I did use the Cool Whip, but next time I will use my homemade whipped cream as I prefer it to Cool Whip and I think will enhance the flavor even more.

Using Keebler Club Crackers instead of graham crackers give the cake layers like a real Eclair.

This is very good, very easy, and tastes remarkably like an eclair. I did not have frosting, so made a simple topping of semisweet chips, butter, and confectioner's sugar. Will rely on this for a quick standby!

Oh my! This is SO GOOD. I made mine with french vanilla pudding and melted the frosting as recommended. Great taste and so easy to prepare. Not just like an eclair, but the ingredients taste awesome together and that satiny smooth top and layering effect make it so pretty. Can't wait to try it with chocolate grahams and cheesecake pudding! Thanks for the great recipe!

This is super easy to make!! And, it tastes great! Takes nearly a whole box of graham crackers for the 9x13 pan. Everyone one loved this and you couldn't tell I used the sugar free pudding mix and light cool whip to cut down on the calories.
