After reading the other reviews, and needing enough for 3 servings, I used the following and it got rave reviews: 2 T EVOO 1 T white balsamic vinegar 1 T freshly-squeezed lemon juice 1 T agave nectar 1 T Dijon mustart scant 1/2 t salt

We loved this. I didnt measure anything, but used a spicy brown mustard container that was on its way to being empty. Added olive oil, lemon juice and honey. Shook it up until it all blended and we loved it. Thanks for the idea!

Delicious! I prepared it with agave nectar instead of honey and decided to add more mustard because it was too sweet for my taste.

Basically, this is a good recipe and I was happy to find one that didn't use mayo. However, it calls for ALOT of honey and the recipe doesn't need as much. I ended up adding extra mustard and lemon juice to compensate for the honey. I also used olive oil instead of vegtable oil. Overall, I will use a variation of this again. I'll cut the honey almost in half. I liked another reviewer's idea of using apple cider vinegar. Maybe I'll try that too.

Quick, tasty - and keeps well in the fridge. Poured over grilled halloumi cheese, it tasted great!

Good dressing. I had planned on making a honey mustard but was out of mayo so I tried this and it came out well. It is very sweet. I used olive oil instead of vegetable and used half regular mustard and half dijion. I prefer creamy dressings but this dressing was still good.

Very tasty. A tad on the sweet side, so I think next time I will reduce the amount of honey. I used a bit of yellow mustard and a bit of stone ground honey dijon mustard. This would be a great dip for chicken strips!
