Not my favorite. Bisquick-topped pot pies just don't imitate pie crust pot pies. Won't make again.

Nice simple dish for a cold, wet evening. I halved the recipe, and used 1 can of cream of mushroom soup. If I make the full recipe, I'll definitely use 1 can of cream of chicken and 1 can of mushroom. I used regular frozen mixed vegetables and generic quick biscuit mix. The crust was surprisingly tasty and attractive despite its ranch-dressing appearance before being baked.

Even my 4 and 6 year old loved this recipe! It tasted like I spent hours in the kitchen instead of 10 minutes. I added a little Red wine to the filling...
