Excellent, I used Cream of Celery because I was out of Cream of Chicken and it was amazing. I added a touch of Kitchen Bouquet because I prefer a bit darker gravy! Thank you, this is a yummy gravy and soooo easy!

This is super easy and very tasty. Plus it makes a ton so there are left overs for the next day. I also have made it with chicken drippings instead of turkey and it turned out well also.

I have tried to make this twice with a so-so result the first time and a big flop the second. Admittedly, it could be user error; however it really didn't turn out for me.
