Delicious! Takes the hum-drum out of ordinary pork chops. Extremely tender. We really loved this recipe. I would definitely serve this to guests.

We tried this last night with pork chops on the grill and it was excellent! I only marinated the pork for 1 1/2 hours so it was not too salty. The pork was tender and juicy and the marinade was delicious. I will definitely make this again.
