These are amazing! I cooked them 9 minutes, cut the recipe in half (38 cookies), added 1 t of real vanilla and 1 t of real lemon, and used egg beaters for eggs. Made sure the margerine was set out to mush. Made the batter thick but not firm enough to roll, had to use a cookie scoop. Then sprinkled raw sugar and baked. So simple and yummy!
