Easy Stuffing

"I continue to use this easy recipe because my family kept insisting how good my stuffing was, however I always felt guilty for using the stuffing mix."

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 6 ounces dry bread stuffing mix
  • 10 slices day-old bread, torn into small pieces
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup water

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter or spray one 2 quart casserole dish.
  2. Prepare stuffing according to directions on box; place stuffing in a large bowl.
  3. Add the dried bread, eggs and water; mix well and place in casserole dish.
  4. Cover and bake 45 to 60 minutes.
