Easy Spring Frittata

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 2 tablespoons KRAFT LIGHT DONE RIGHT! House Italian Reduced Fat Dressing
  • 1 pound asparagus spears, cut into 1/2-inch lengths
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese, divided

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Heat dressing in large nonstick ovenproof skillet on medium-high heat. Add asparagus; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Beat eggs, milk and 1/2 cup of the cheese in medium bowl until well blended. Pour over asparagus; stir until well blended.
  3. Bake 20 minutes or until center is set. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese; continue baking 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut into 4 wedges to serve.
