This was the best lasagna that I have ever had. We omitted the carrots and added chicken. We made it in a bigger pan with three extra noodles and a little more of everything else so then there was even more to go around. Believe me this will go so fast you will wish that you had more.

This lasagna was just ok. Not terrible, not great. It seemed to taste a little to sharp and the carrots, while I love them, were a bit overpowering. I think I would adjust the amount of carrots and maybe add some zuchini next time. the kids kinda picked at it. Might look for a different recipe before trying this again.

I made this with Classico brand alfredo sauce and it wasn't very good. It tasted canned rather than homemade. Maybe with a higher-quality sauce it would be better.

This one was a hit at a pot-luck. I added broccoli to the mix, along with the carrots and mushrooms. The pan was empty very quickly!

I quickly threw this together before work. It was so delecious I had to copy it for the girls on the job. Now they rave about it also. Thanks a bunch!

My family loved this recipe with the exception of my 3 year old who doesn't like spinach and his Dad accidently mentioned it was Spinach lasagne. My Mother-In-Law, a great cook, had to have the recipe. I too, used a 9x13 pan and used more noodles than listed.

This was an excellent and easy lasagna! I served it for a dinner party and everyone loved it! It's wonderfully different and got raves from all of the lasagna lovers - including those who yelled, 'where's the sausage?!' before they tried it. Two thumps up! I served this with the Insalate Caprese and Easy Tiramisu from this site as well - truly a great meal!

Good recipe but could use a little more flavor...maybe some more vegetables like eggplant or squash. I used a 9x13 pan and 5 noodles for each layer. Will use again for sure.

Using uncooked noodles seemed too good to be true, but the recipe is wonderful! Easy to make, delicious, and even better the second day! - I made it a day early then re-heated it and everyone raved.
