Everyone loves this lasagna, and it really is easy to make. My husband requests it every week.

This is a good alternative to regular lasagna. I cooked the noodles because it only seemed right so I didn't give the uncooked noodles a chance (Sorry Juanita) and eliminated the carrots for personal preference. A fast and easy meal.

I live in a house with two male roommates and one other female...they licked the pan clean! I did not add any spinach mixture on the topmost layer, instead I just covered with some shredded mozzarella. I think that helped cut down on the creaminess of the dish.

Very good flavor, but noodles were too firm, next time I will cook the pasta first. I halved this recipe, but left the full amount of spinach in. Very tasty.

I liked the recipe, it was very easy and tasty, however, I think a 10x15 pan is too large, as I easily fit 4 noodles instead of 3 across. I will make this again using a 9 x 13 instead. I changed the following: Omitted the carrots (personal perference), added some garlic and various Italian spices to the filling. I also used jarred alfredo along with homemade alfredo sauce, I got the homemade alfredo sauce recipe from this site.

This recipe was okay. It was too creamy for me, but, my husband liked it. I won't use as much alfredo sauce or ricotta next time. I will try it again though.

This recipe was amazing and worked for for a "girls nite only" dinner. Very easy to make. Did not need the skim milk though. Can't wait to make this dish again.

This lasagna was such a nice change from the usual. I added a bit of sliced onion and a pinch on allspice to keep it from being too bland and it turned out delicious. Even my picky eater loved it.

MARVELOUS!!! this was my first lasagne ever, and it was a total success. I left out the carrots and instead threw in some sauted some chicken and onions. Rebbeca Swift's afredo sauce from allrecipes.com with a pinch of hot red peppers was perfect! I wasn't sure about all the creaminess, so i used lowfat ricotta and milk in the sauce instead of cream, it was great! Definitely a repeat recipe:)

I love anything with spinach. I would rather have an Alfredo sauce with this. I used Ragu Alfredo with cheese, added parmensen and morzella to layers also!!!

A huge hit! I used fat-free ricotta and more alfredo sauce than listed (low fat). This was incredible at my potluck lunch! A guaranteed family favorite in our house!

Bleah. I didn't care for it at all, and I love spinach and carrots. Maybe if I used homemade alfredo instead of jarred, it would turn out better.

This recipe is AWESOME! I made this with homemade alfredo sauce using the Quick & Easy Alfredo Sauce recipe from this site. My Husband and 5 of my children liked this(even my very picky 6 year-old daughter liked it.My 2 year-old wouldn't even try it (if it doesn't have peanut butter, she won't eat it). I also used canned mushrooms instead of fresh. AND I pre-cooked my lasagna noodles. You HAVE to try this recipe!

Delicious! I usually don't like lasagna, but this was great. After reading the other reviews, I cooked the noodles first. I also didn't need to use all of the sauce. Thank you! I'll definitely be making this again!

This is awesome. My husband had seconds, as did I! I did make a few small changes, though. I used two large, thinly sliced carrots instead of the amt. of shredded that the recipe called for, and added basil and oregano to the spinach mixture. Also, being from Wisconsin, I could not believe that a recipe called for such a small amount of mozzarella, so I added a lot more. Used fat-free ricotta and lowfat Alfredo. The result was wonderful and not too rich! I will make this again! And again!...

I really didn't care for the store bought alfredo sauce and found the lasagna with an undercooked taste...i had to cook it longer. This recipe wasn't bad, but I don't think I will use it again.

It smelled wonderful in the oven, but when I took it out, the lasagne noodles were very dry. I used extra of the Classico alfredo sauce and the lasagne still seemed uncooked. I made it for guests and couldn't serve it. I think I will try it again, but next time I will probably cook the lasagne noodles first.
