Easy Soda Cracker Bars

Original Recipe Yield 2 dozen
 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup crushed saltine crackers
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
  2. Melt the margarine and add soda crackers; spread in a 13 x 9 inch cake pan.
  3. Sprinkle coconut, chocolate chips and nuts evenly over soda cracker mixture. Pour milk over nuts and bake for 20 minutes.
