This is my five year old son's favorite chicken recipe; the more butter added to the pan makes for an even juicier chicken. I use this recipe so often that I finally just made 10 times the amount needed. I keep it in a freezer bag and scoop out just what I need. Thank you for posting this!

Love LOVe LOVED this recipe! i did make some changes though. i used a broiler pan, added a lot of mrs dash and garlic powder. didnt brown it in butter but did put a dab of some ontop of each chicken thigh before putting it into the oven. smelled exactly like kfc chicken! will make again!

Wow! This was so good. I fixed 4 whole chicken legs and my husband ate three of them! That says a lot all by itself. He's not really picky, but I can tell if he really likes it by how much he eats. Great recipe. Thanks. It was really easy to make, which is nice, too.

Yummy!!! Very picky kids even ate this! I will be making again! Important to note... MUST use real butter. I imagine that makes all the difference. It would NOT be the same with margarine. AT ALL. And I just LOVE the sage in this... yummm!

I read the ingrediants for this and thought it couldn't be that good but I was desperate to get something in the oven. OMG, this chicken is amazing and everyone I know wants this recipe. My family even requested I make it twice this past week. You won't go wrong with this one and you can tweek it to your diet needs. We used skinless, boneless chicken breast and I'm going to experiment with rice bran oil next.

I like how with this recipe you can use any seasonings that you want to. I think the chicken turned out pretty tastey and juicy. Thanks for sharing.

Pretty good! I made with boneless chicken thighs and added onion powder and garlic powder. Will definitely want to try with parmesan cheese added as well.
