This is one of the most refreshing salads I've had in a long time!! I enjoyed it so much I took it to my family reunion this year and it was one of the only salads that disappeared! Thanks!! It was wonderful!! Cindy

WOW! This is a yummy salad! My aunt made it over the holidays and what a hit it was with the whole family. The surprising element is that it is even good the next day for lunch!

I made this dish for a company luncheon and had 25 of my co-workers requested the recipe. It is wonderful for parties and family get togethers. It takes a bit of time to make but it is SO worth it. I have tried other 7 layer salad recipes from friends and this is THE BEST!

Really yummy! Do your family a favor and plan to have a bacon'n'eggs breakfast the morning you cook your bacon for this. I got shot some dirty looks when I announced the bacon was for the salad and not for our breakfast...yikes!!! :-) I made this for an appetizer party, and it fed 8 people with a bit left over.

This is now my favorite salad recipe. I got raves the first time I made it. My very-picky kids didn't like it, but my husband loved it and my best friend begged for the recipe.
