Ingredients

  • 1 pound Bob Evans® Zesty Hot Sausage or Original Recipe Sausage Roll
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) package chili seasoning mix
  • 2 (14.5 ounce) cans diced tomato with onions
  • 1 (15.5 ounce) can light red kidney beans, undrained

Directions

  1. In large saucepan, crumble and cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • SLOW-COOKER OPTION
  • Crumble uncooked sausage into bite-size pieces and put in slow-cooker. Add remaining ingredients. Stir gently. Cover and cook on low heat 4-6 hours. Stir before serving.
