I'm giving this four stars because my husband liked it. Personally my favorite salmon recipe to date is the chili garlic one posted on this site.
The strange thing was I thought it tasted better the next day as leftovers. Usually I only like fish freshly cooked. The flavors seemed to meld like tomato sauce. I couldn't really think of much to spice it up. I did throw in a splash of hot sauce and topped with some peanut oil while it was cooking. Also, due to the amount of liquid it comes out soupy. Maybe next time I will decrease the amount of water and use wine!
