"This is a great pasta salad for spring and summer when the weather is great and you don't want to spend it in the kitchen. It's very kid friendly too."

1 (13.25 ounce) package
dried whole wheat rotini pasta
2 (5 ounce) cans
skinless, boneless salmon, drained
cucumber, thinly sliced
2 (5.3 ounce) containers
dried dill weed
Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
This is easy to make pasta salad that has too much dressing. I would have preferred that amount cut in half! The dill and onion flavors compliment the salmon nicely. Because I'm a vegetable lover, I added peas and celery to the cucumbers. Tomatoes make a great garnish!
use greek salad dressing instead of yogurt much better tasting and leave out the mayo you won't need it with the dressing....
Great taste, easy to prepare.
