Very easy and very good. Somehow the baking mix separates itself out and forms a bit of a crust on the top and bottom! I didn't have cheddar or ham so I used muenster for the cheddar and about 1/4 of crumbled bacon instead of the ham. Really good. Will definitely make it again.

I made this two nights ago and both my husband and I loved it.I added some garlic powder and dried onion flakes. This is so easy. It tastes great as leftovers too.

I love this recipe! I´ve made it a few times and everyone always loves it. I used Bisquick Health Smart instead of the regular one and it works perfectly!

Wonderful recipe that can be customized many ways! I tried making it with sliced fresh mushrooms (sauteed in butter for 5 minutes before I added them) in the place of the veggies and shredded Monterey Jack cheese in the place of the cheese, and it turned out great -- I'll try it with another veggie/cheese combo next time. Great served warm for dinner, and the leftovers are delicious cold for lunch the next day.

I made this recipe for the first time for guests, and it turned out well. I used a package of fresh spinach. The quiche would probably have turned out better if I had steamed or wilted the fresh spinach first. The quiche was a bit watery, but still delicious!

Because of a lack of ingredients I didn't put in any ham or broccoli and I used Monterey Jack cheese instead of Parmesan, and it still came out delicious and cheesy.

I made this recipe to sell as a "snack" at a rummage sale at my church, and it was a huge hit! I had to go to the store twice to get more supplies to bake even more. It is still really good luke-warm or almost cold, so it's possible to make them in advance if you have to!

This was my first quiche. I put artichoke hearts, button mushrooms, and half a packet of onion soup mix in mine. It came out alright but it wasn't fluffy enough for me. Next time I will try adding an extra egg. There wasn't really a crust either, but I was pleased that the quiche came out of the pan easily. I baked it in a fluted pie plate. Finally, it needed way less than fifty minutes, so keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't burn.

I add two more eggs (to firm it up a little). I bake it in a 9x11 glass dish and only put broc on half. This way my kids will eat it.

My 19 month old loved it, however, we did not add any veggies only extra ham and cheese and it turned out wonderful. I put it all together then put it in the fridge for about 5 hours then baked it .. it still turned out great!

OMG! It was so good, I put in Turkey Bacon instead of the ham because we don't eat pork and it was so good! My little sister, the critic, went back for more, and my dad who used to work in food and beverage did too! He doesn't go for seconds unless it is really good. You can't screw this recipe up!

Delicious! I always make this dish for our family holiday pot-lucks. I put the mixture in little individual muffin pans and it's always a hit and cooks much faster! Thanks for the recipe!

It was a little buttery/greasy. I did use premade deep dish pie crusts and doubled the recipe and it made three quiches.
