I made this last night for the first time. I substituted one cup of Southwestern Eggbeaters for the four eggs, and cut back a little on the butter. I did cook it a little longer than the receipe calls for, I added diced bell peppers (three colors) in addition to the broccoli and that probably increased the baking time. The Quiche turned out great. I definitely will make it again. Very versatile easy recipe. Thanks.

Made this quiche right after seeing it - wonderful and easy! I used frozen chopped spinach and cut-up Brown & Serve sausages. MMMM

I had a leftover pie shell so I decided to pour the mix into that and it was pretty good. I also substituted turkey-ham for pork ham & added green onions, salt and pepper and it turned out delicious!! I was really glad I added the green onions & spices because it really gave it nice flavor. It was very easy to whip together and I quite enjoyed it! I'm adding this to my recipe book for sure!

Have never made quiche until now! I loved this! It was so easy too - I had my 4 year old son help me! I was planning to follow this recipe exactly, but I ended up having more broccoli (14 oz. bag) and more ham (about 1 1/2 to 2 cups diced), so I added one more egg. It seemed like a lot , so I put it in a 13x9 dish, which ended up being perfect size! It turned out great! I will definitely be making this again and will be playing around with different add-ins. I forgot this time, but next time I will season with a little S/P.

This is a really great "desperation dinner," that I almost always have the ingredients on hand for (it helps that I buy tons of different cheeses on sale and stick them, unopened, in the freezer). You can make it low fat with no real appreciable difference in taste by using skim milk, egg beaters and a mix of low fat and no fat cheese. A definate keeper.

I've made this receipe many times and my family loves it. The only changes I've made are that I add 1/2 tsp. black pepper and I only bake it for 30 to 35 minutes. Thank you for the recipe!

This is great. I used a little fried bacon and some veggies that I had roasted the night before. The combo I used was cauliflower, red pepper, zucchini, eggplant & onion. The hubby LOVED it!! I used a bit less cheese more like 5 oz, what was left in the 8 oz pouch. Be merry use what ever you like in this one!

For something to do with leftover ham, this recipe really fills the bill. I followed it exactly. From turning up his nose when told what we were having for breakfast, my 15 year old son asked for seconds and had another piece for lunch! I'll definitely hang on to this recipe. It's almost more like a frittata than a quiche with the biscuit mix right in the recipe but it's excellent whatever you want to call it!

WE make this all the time, it is so easy when you don't feel like cooking. Kids like this too. And you can make it up uncooked and put it in a freezer bag and cook it later and still good!

Part of what I love about this recipe is that it only uses 4 eggs but has a true quiche taste. It's easy to make and always a hit. I add a little onion, other than that, I don't change a thing.

This is so easy and so versitle. I make this dish all the time, subbing spinach, broccoli, apsaragus or whatever veggie I have in the fridge. I also sub out the cheeses and meats and no matter what, it always tastes fabulous! I did cut down on the parmesan cheese. I use grated and it adds a bit too much salt to the dish for my taste.

This was delicious, my husband went back for seconds. I left out the ham and added a minced clove of garlic, some sliced mushrooms, and a handful of diced onions in addition to the broccoli. I also used skim milk, which didn't affect the thickness, and baked it in a lasagna pan.
