This is easily reheated in the microwave on a medium-high heat setting.

This was awesome!! I did make some changes that did nothing but add to the flavor and texture. I used a pkg. of thawed, drained, chopped, spinach instead of broccoli, put in saute'ed onions and mushrooms plus added bacon. I think I added an extra egg as well and upped the bisquick a 1/4 cup. It got rave reviews at our church's Easter breakfast and it was my personal favorite as well. I think you can do anything you want with this and it wouldn't fail. I baked in a 9x13 and it took about 40 min.

We didn't really care for this. I thought it was a bit salty. My husband only ate one piece, but had seconds of everything else, so thats not a good sign. I will stick with my usual egg bake recipe instead.

I thought this would be great, but it was just ok. I think next time I will check on it more frequently.. it was overcooked. Didn't notice the baking mix.

We really liked this one! I used up some leftover deli ham in it and substituted peas for the broccoli since that was all I had. I'll definitely make it again.

I've made this twice now. First time with fresh tomatoes and bacon and the second time with ham. Great recipe that you can alter depending on what you have on hand including the cheese. It's great as leftovers too. Next time I will grate my own cheese.

We say: this recipe turned out great, but definitely use LESS Parmesan cheese and less milk. we bought a ham steak and cubed it ourselves for that "holiday ham" taste.

My husband loved this! He had it the next day for lunch...it reheated great. It is a little too cheezy for me. I will make it again, but next time I will cut the cheese down. I also added roasted red peppers to add a little more flavor and substituted bacon for the ham. Very good!

Made w/spinach & added sauted onions, garlic, pepper, onion powder & dry mustard as suggested by other poster. Baked in 9x9 pan. DELICIOUS! My husband said he could eat the whole pan by himself!

We really liked this recipe - it was so easy to make and tasted really good. We substituted cooked bacon for ham, just because that's our own personal preference. I also added fresh cracked pepper and a couple shakes of garlic powder. Next time, I'd use fresh steamed broccoli, or maybe try substituting spinach. It's the kind of recipe that's easy to experiment with. The best part is that the biscuit mix and cheese make this yummy golden topping. My husband loved it, and he's not a big quiche eater. We'd definitely make this one again.

More like a frittata, but super yummy and easy. I found it to be a bit greasy, so next time I'll half the cheese and butter. As written it is VERY cheesy.

Great and very easy. Fresh broccoli works great as do red peppers. Serve with salad for an easy dinner.

My husband said this was the best quiche I ever made. It was super easy, and it only took 40 minutes in the oven. I omitted the butter and cut the cheeses in half to make it lighter, omitted the ham (didn't have any), and used spinach instead of broccoli. So even as a "healthy" vegetarian quiche it is still quite tasty. I also added a little bit of crushed red pepper flakes, tumeric, and extra black pepper. The crust was almost indiscernible but it was still great.

Although this recipe is NOTHING like quiche, it does have one HUGE advantage: you can easily modify it to take advantage of those refrigerator odds and ends! The first time I made this, it was just ok. Like other reviewers, I found it to be a little bland, in that "growing up in the Midwest" sort of way. The second time, I added pepper, onion salt, garlic powder, a couple of shakes of hot sauce and a healthy dollop of dijon mustard - huge improvement. Very forgiving recipe, though; one time I realized I did not have sufficient milk, so I just topped off the milk with sour cream...came out perfectly. Scraps of cheese, leftover roast, a hot dog...it all works great in this recipe. When it's time to clean out the fridge, you'll love how easy this comes together!

Awesome! I didn't have any ham, so I used chopped chicken instead- very good with the broccoli! My kids also helped with this one, it's a great one for "kids in the kitchen". I'll be making it often, varying the ingredients for a different taste. Maybe bacon, mushroom, and tomato!
