All these ingredients sounded really good, but we weren't impressed with the results. I would rather take the extra time and make a real quiche.

This is one of my go-to recipes for my family, and as a meal to serve or give others. I always split it into 2 pie dishes (decreases baking time to 35 minutes), and often substitute the ham and broccoli for other meats and veggies (whatever is on hand). A fan favorite was chopped bacon and sauteed onions! Another plus is that the mix freezes well in a Ziploc to save for later; just thaw and prepare as directed. It's great for leftovers, too -- no soggy crust like traditional pies/quiches. YUM!

I used spinach and 1 1/2 cups cheese, added an egg and used a bit less milk. Pretty good considering how easy it is. Fits perfectly in a 9x11 in. pan.

I made this recipe and used 1 1/2 cups 2% milk, no fat cream cheese, no fat shredded cheddar cheese, "I can't believe it's not butter" light, and 1/2 cup parmesean cheese (instead of 1 cup)along with the remaining ingredients. I baked it in a 9" x 9" glass pan. It turned out very good and I reduced a lot of the fat in the recipe.

This very good and easy. Its great for a quick light dinner or brunch. Its even better the next day, firmer, more like a real quiche. The only changes I made were an extra egg and deli turkey for the meat. Will make it again.

made this last night as a try out for a xmas potluck. Very good. nice flavor makes a large batch. I think it would have overflowed in the oven in a 10 inch pie pan. I used a lg casserole dish. Also used fresh broccli (steamed 1st). Will make again. YUM!

Fabulous! I needed a quick and easy dinner dish last night but didn't have ham or broccoli so I substituted spicy sausage and frozen spinach. My husband was still raving about it this morning and was thrilled that there was enought left for his breakfast.

I thought there was too much cheese in this recipe. I told my husband this and he responded, "Is there such a thing as too much cheese?" Well, personal preference I guess, but I like it to be more eggy. I also added a little onion powder, garlic powder and salt for extra flavor.

This is really good for people who don't love traditional quiche. My 15 year old thought it was a bit too fluffy so I am adding an extra egg to see if that helps.

Used 1 1/2 cups of sausage instead and left out the veggies but only because I didnt have any ham. This is going to be wonderful with left over ham. Can't wait to make it again the way it was written

This quiche turned out beautifully, but the real success came when both my husband and daugher ate it happily. There's only 3 of us, so we had some leftovers, but it reheated very well. The only things I changed, I used Spinach instead of broccoli. Next time, I will be sure to use unsalted butter, it was a tad salty.

Quick, easy, delicious! No alterations necessary. Whenever we have ham, I dice a couple cups and freeze for another meal. I used that frozen ham for this recipe. It worked out great.
