Easy, Perfect and Delicious! I did, however, substitute the ham and broccoli for cooked chicken and mushrooms sauteed in Pam and a small pat of butter with garlic, salt and pepper.

I was so impressed by this quiche, i barely have words! I doubled the batch to have around the house for a weekend when a lot of people were staying with us because I had a lot of eggs. The first bite I too, I never wanted to put it down. I made it with frozen spinach because that's what I had a round and OH my gosh its good. I will be making this easy dish again and again!

We really needed to get away from fried eggs, bacon and potatoes in my home! This is a great EASY recipe to cut fat and be creative. I used skimmed milk, low fat Bisquick, and turkey bacon. I subbed spinach for the broccoli and cut the cheese in half using what I had in my fridge (swiss and a cheddar/jack blend) along with the parmesan. I also added green onions that I had left over from a previous recipe. I love that everything went into one mixing bowl! I baked the recipe in a square glass pan and it came out great. We will share this over and over again on the weekends! Thanks for the great recipe Mishy!

I RATED THIS 5 BECAUSE OF IT'S EASY AND VERSATILITY. USED HAM INSTEAD OF BACON AND CHEDDAR CHEESE INSTEAD OF SWISS. ADDED SWEET RED PEPPER AND SOME BROCOLLI. TOOK LONGER TO COOK, AND IT FREEZES AND COOKS UP WONDERFULLY! IT'S A KEEPER!

I didn't have any broccoli when I tried this recipe and ended up just using onion. I also added blue cheese. This quiche was incredibly delicious and ended up being just as good reheated (both microwaved and in a toaster oven). I plan on making it again next week.

i absolutely love this recipe. i do sub in spinach for the broccoli and use chopped, cooked bacon instead of ham. if you manage to have any leftovers they are great warmed up again too. i make it in a cake pan often, which works well.

I made a lot of changes to the recipe after reading the other reviews, so maybe it would be better as originally written. I substituted spinach for the broccoli, omitted the ham and baked in muffin tins. They browned too much on top and didn't set up in the middle. Despite greasing the tin, they stuck. Had to trash them.

This quiche was so easy and delicious for dinner and then as leftovers. I threw in whatever was in the fridge (in this case spinach, bermuda onion and orange pepper), can't wait to make it with some other interesting ingredients. I only had a 9" pie plate, and all went well although it was touch and go in terms of overflow for a few minutes!

We use the basis of this recipe for almost all quiche in our house. This is a great recipe for using up leftovers, I have used red peppers and leeks, salmon and green beans, three kinds of cheese. The possibilities are endless. I often substitute 3/4 cup of whole wheat flour and 1 tsp of baking powder for the biscuit mix.

There is waaaay too much cheese in this. If I make this again I will cut back at least by half on both the parm and cheddar and maybe add an extra egg.

This was my first time making quiche and it turned out delicious! I made a few small changes because I wanted use ingredients I had handy...I omitted the meat, and used fresh broccoli, mushrooms, and green onion for the veggies (I steamed the broccoli and then sauteed all three in a very lightly oiled pan). Also used mozzarella cheese instead of cheddar. I will absolutely make this again!! Yum!

Just made this dish for overnight guests. It was FABULOUS!! Lots of compliments and the perfect breakfast/brunch item for those who were up early, and those who chose to sleep in a bit (myself included!) Served it with bagels and fresh fruit - PERFECTION :) Based on my lack of time to saute I simply added both garlic powder, onion powder sea salt and pepper. Next time I am going to try the extra ingredients (garlic, onion, red pepper and dry mustard) LOVE the idea to put them in muffin tins to bake faster! That was the only drawback w/this dish was the 50 minute bake time. Still, this dish certainly offers a high end flavor and presentation with little effort! Laurie

Awesome. I made this in muffin cups, put in the fridge, and took to work throughout the week for breakfasts. The nice part is that you can use up the one or two slices of cheese, or three leftover broccoli florets.

I used this recipe for a Bridal Pot-Luck Luncheon at my office. With the suggestion of other members, I used mini muffin pans & substituted spinach for the broccoi And since they were mini - they cooked in half the time. Thank you for a fabulous recipe - it's a keeper! 5 stars for easy preparation & the clean serving dish I get to take home.
