This was good but much "richer" than what we usually eat! And I used fat free sour cream and reduced fat Velveeta. I think we'd like it better if it was a little "lighter".......and would feel less guilty after eating it!

nice and smooth and creamy - no problems with it except that it's not as flavourful as we would like. Next time I'll add a little more spicing to our liking.

This was gobbled up right away!! Creamy and cheesy just as macaroni and cheese should be! Added a dash of garlic powder and a dash of cayenne pepper! Those spices were the perfect touch that made everyone go, whats in this?! Definitely making this again soon!

I made this last night and WOW! I've gone through 5+ mac n cheese recipes trying to find one my family will love and BINGO! This is it! Thank you so much! I like that it has a whole different base than the usual flour butter rue. Those always seemed to go dry and almost grainy in the oven, and I love the ritz/butter topping too! I added a little dry mustard for kick and it was perfect! This is defiantly going in my file! Thanks again :)

This is light years above the Mac N Cheese that we got out of the Food Replicator during the time I spent on the Enterprise. Dr. McCoy didn't approve of all the cheese, cream, and butter, but Sulu loved it.

Excellent Mac and Cheese - I added a pinch of garlic powder, and followed others' advice on 4 oz. of velveeta and then a cup of shredded cheddar cheese (I left out the parmesan). My boyfriend said it was the best he'd ever eaten!

The best recipes are ones that someone has to quest to recreate. This one is great. I was able to pretty much eyeball the ingredients and it turned out perfect. I used Ritz crackers instead of saltines... I just hate saltines. So full...

EVEN THO WE LOVE COOKING WITH SOUR CREAM, THIS RECIPE HAD WAY TOO MUCH SOUR CREAM FOR ME....CANNOT SAY WE LIKED THIS COMBINATION OF INGREDIENTS FOR MAC & CHEESE. I HAVE BEEN LOOKING & TRYING FOR A 'GOOD' RECIPE OF MAC & CHEESE BUT THIS WAS NOT IT FOR US!
