This was so quick and easy to make!
Here's an easy pizza recipe: Use pre-made pizza dough in a can (find them next to the biscuit dough), unroll onto a cookie sheet and press to desired thickness, top with Easy Pizza Sauce, place fresh basil leaves and slices of tomato on top of the pizza sauce, drop spoonfuls of ricotta (low-fat works, too) onto the sauce & basil leaves, then top liberally with part-skim mozzarella cheese. Bake according to pizza dough instructions. SO GOOD and dinner is done in 20 minutes!
