This not only was one of the easiest pie crusts to make, my son made it, but it was the perfect crust for pumpkin pie. Everyone loved it.

This crust rocks...it's made w/ things you actually have (oil not shortning). It's simple, kid friendly and foolproof. You can't ruin it.

super easy. we've added extra milk (up to 4 tablespoons) and decreased the oil accordingly to make it lighter and lower in fat. great for open face strawberry pies. :-)

I use to hate making pies until I found this recipe, and now pies are not a problem. I don't pre-bake it. I usually make apple pies and then just freeze the pie unbaked. Put in pre heated oven frozen and what a delicious pie. Thank you so much for making my life easier.
