So much to say, where to start? The ketchup part scared us and probably scared most people which is most likely why this recipe has never been rated.
This recipe makes far more than 4 servings - probably about 5 1/2 and if you planned on having a side dish, like we did, then you could probably cut the recipe in half.
The taste started to grow on me and my husband after awhile, but then shortly thereafer we got to the point where we just couldn't eat any more because the taste started to make us nauseous. He said you have to have an aquired taste for peanut butter and garlic. I personally think there's just way too much peanut butter. A whole cup is what it calls for. We used about 3/4 of a cup and it was still way too much, so be forewarned about that. If you don't like peanut butter this is not the recipe for you.
While it was interesting to branch out and try something new, we won't be making this again, and sadly ended up throwing most of it away. It literally churned our stomach after we ate about 3/4 of our servings.
