The flavor of this was really good. I was concerned at first, because the dough had the consistency of cookies, but it came out good. I'm only giving it 3 stars, though, because after following the directions to a "T", and baking at the suggested amount, it was still doughy. After being in the oven for still another ten minutes, they were more firmer, though the bars that were in the middle still were a bit doughy and fell-apart. Other than that, a pretty good recipe, thanks! I think next time I'll make them in a bigger pan, making them thinner and possibly a little crispier.
