This was a little blah. We added macaroni and bacon on top to give it more flavor. I probably wouldn't make this again.

I LOVE the recipe! It's one of my favorite dishes, and is always a hit at get-togethers. Of course one can always add his/hers favorite add-ons to appeal to their particular tastes!

I was craving pea salad and this was perfect! I add chopped sweet pickles, and eggs to mine. I didn't put the cheese in because... well I didn't want to. One batch is never enough for my family...

So easy and so perfect for a Bar-B-Q side! Didn't add the sugar the second time, and it tasted just as good. With the salad dressing mayo, I don't think it is necessary.

Was really really good. I used shredded cheese, but I think next time I will use small cubed cheese. My husband even liked it and he NEVER eats peas. I talked him into trying and he liked it.

Quick, easy, great taste, and cheap! Can't ask for more than that. It's much better made with thawed frozen peas, though. It's on my regular rotation for summer; we'll be eating this often.

This is a very easy-to-make recipe, and it usually gets good reviews when I take it to potlucks. I add chopped boiled eggs and don't use the sugar, however.

This is a refreshing salad for summer. I added chunks of ham just to change it up a little.

This is great!! I used frozen thawed peas instead of canned (salt intake) and it was wonderful! It gets requested at least once a week!

My DH just loved this stuff!! I used mayo rather than Miracle Whip & it still turned out great. Thanks!

This is awesome. I accidently hit the print button during a recipe finding marathon. I had all the parts and decided why not. It took 5 minutes to make tops. This is now a weekly must have. I think the yellow or white onions have a better flavor than the red. I also use shredded cheddar but only for the texture.

I thought this was very good. The simplicity of this recipe was great, and the flavors blend very nicely. I omit the sugar and add ground black pepper. I also sometimes like to throw in some spicy dijon mustard - about a tbls or so. Yum!

I make this recipe all the time with a few adjustments. I use iceberg lettuce as the first layer, then some shredded cheddar cheese, then the peas as the next layer, then the mircle whip/sugar on top of all that. Then as the finale... I top with grated parmesean. Put in refridgator to let tasts "marry". This is sooo very good!! And so very easy.

I only gave this 3 stars because it lacked the chopped boiled eggs and the sugar should be omitted since the miracle whip itself is sweet. Otherwise follow the recipe.
