Super yummy, I modified to my taste. I used 2 teaspoons baking powder, 1/2 teasp. salt, added an extra tablespoon of milk, added a teaspoon of vanilla and omitted the oil. For me, it works best to have a well heated medium heat non stick pan and let them rise quickly, that way they stay tender inside.

Very good and super easy, made for 7 adults I work with and were fluffy enough to add blueberries and chocolate chips to some!

This recipe was simple and very tasty. I have a family of 5 children, a husband and two male room-mates. I tripled the recipe to 12 servings with your recipe calculator and added two over ripe bananas for extra flavor. It was fast and everyone ate second helpings! Thanks!

I have been making these pancakes literally for years (I'm new to writing reviews, but have been using this website for quite a while) and I have always put in the 2 tablespoons of baking powder, as in the recipe, and NEVER have a problem with it. They always turn out perfect. However, I do agree that vanilla does need to be added.

Great recipe, will make it again. Next time, though, I'll reduce the salt and add vanilla like other reviewers have done. Otherwise, it's a great recipe.

I made this again and it tasted much better the second time! I still cut the baking powder in half, but other than that kept it the same. Good, quick, easy and not a ton of ingredients!

I used 1/2 the recommended salt and added blueberries. This recipe's simplicity allows it to be a solid platform to add or subtract any number of ingredients to create the ideal pancake. I can't wait to do cinnamon raisin!

This is the only recipe I use now for pancakes. Very good. Just be sure to do 2 tsp rather than Tbs baking soda.

Mine turned out good for a quick recipe. I should have cut the baking powder and salt in half. I used chia instead of eggs (1tbs chia seeds + 3 tbs water soaked for 10 minutes = 1 egg) and used vanilla rice milk rather then cow milk. I also used coconut oil and pink Himalayan salt, and a mix of white and wheat flour. I thought I followed the recipe exactly until I started typing this...LOL!

These are so yummy! I only use 1 tsp of baking powder and I added vanilla as well. I only used 1 Tbs of oil as well since I use a lot of oil when I cook them since we like them a little crisp on the edges.

I can only say that the previous two reviews must be from two people who didn't follow the recipe. These are delicious, fluffy pancakes and my family LOVES them. I have always added vanilla to pancake mixes and I did the same with this recipe for that nice little added flavor. The bad news is that once I started making these we have never been satified with a box mix - sorry Bisquick! Also, if you want Buttermilk pancakes - just use buttermilk in place of milk - they're great too!

There are so many words I'd like to use to describe these pancakes, but I think I'll go with "ick!" Please save yourself the $2 in ingredients and the 10 minutes of your life and try a bowl of cereal instead.
